Abstract

The cervical thoracic duct cyst is an infrequent entity, with only a few cases reported in the international literature. It usually presents as a painless swelling on the left supraclavicular fossa, that can generate symptoms due to compression of adyacent structures. We present the case of a 76-year-old women that was refered to otolaryngology due to a supraclavicular cyst, with subsequent diagnose of cervical thoracic duct cyst.
